Job Title: Live-in Caretaker (Females)
|
|
|
|
|
Managing a ‘home’ with 7-8 children is the prime responsibility of a Caretaker.
This responsibility includes all the activities of a typical educated mother of
a medium size family. The position is responsible for character & personality
development of children ensuring best educational results, training, counseling
and managing home’s assets. This is residential 24 hours job, candidates who do
not wish to relocate should not reply.

Education & Qualification
|

|
At least Bachelor’s degree (14 years education) in Social Work, Psychology, Anthropology, or
Sociology with at least 1 year working experience in a child related organization.

Job Title: Coordinator (Female)
|
|
|
|
|
The position is responsible to coordinate all home related matters with the concerned department in
office for smooth functioning. The position demands good knowledge of academics, planning and execution
of events, excellent analytical, communication, decision making, computer and problem solving, skills
with experience in administration.

Education & Qualification
|

|
|
|
At least Masters Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Education, Anthropology, Sociology,
Social Work with at least 3 years working experience in case work setting.
