Roshni Homes children go to the top schools of the city namely Army Public School and Garrison Academy. The children are also tutored at the home by the Director Academics who holds a masters degree in Education with three years experience. |

The home tutors are being trained in oral (English and Urdu) and written communication skills at GIFT University. GIFT University is the first University in Gujranwala, established by the founders of Roshni Homes. In fact, there is an established understanding that all Roshni Homes children admitted to GIFT University will receive free education. |

The tutor keeps a close liaison with the teachers at school to monitor the progress of the child at school. The tutor is also expected to help the child in his/her deficiencies in education. All these efforts have been fruitful. All Roshni Homes children are "A" students in the class. Three out of seventeen regularly secure top two positions in their respective classes.
Roshni Homes is still in its learning phase, and is in the process of developing a system that can be implemented on a larger scale. However, major chunks of the system have already been developed. For example, certain systems like human resource management, child related processes, facility management and accounting system have already been developed. Roshni Homes is already in compliance with ISO 9000:2000 as of June 2004.
