We aim to make Roshni homes a self supporting sustainable project. Currently the trust receives aid from different donors with the Dollar East Company being the chief donor. We also receive generous contributions from many other well wishers of Roshni Homes. However we believe that it is beneficial to not be reliant on donations. The trust should a achieve self-sufficiency and a lot of plans have been considered regarding this. |

One such plan is starting of Roshni shops. These shops would be retail stores providing all the necessary utilities with all the profits going towards Roshni Homes. Similarly different plans have been discussed to allow the trust to reach a self-supporting life cycle. However reaching that stage would approximately require 10-15 years. Until then the trust will keep depending on the generous donations received from our supporters. |
