The primary role of the legal department is to advise the higher authorities and departments within the organization. The Legal Department analyzes legislations of national and provincial governments aligns them to the constitutional framework and standards of Roshni Homes Trust.

The induction of every child in the Roshni Homes residency is legally appraised, reviewed and approved by the legal department. The legal department is also responsible for the acquisition of guardianship certificates of every child inducted in the Roshni Homes fleet from guardian courts. Other matters regarding land and revenue are also being taken care of from the legal dimension by this department.
