At Rohsni Homes we believe that in order to provide the best possible services our team needs to be up-to-date through training programmes. Our Research & Development Department coordinates with the HRD to arrange courses for the Staff Training Programmes. The Programmes are designed and outlined by the R & D Department. These programmes mainly cover the training of the staff to render them better equipped to take care of children. In addition to basic courses the training programmes also cover a range of psychological aspects. The staff is being trained about the psychology of children at different ages and is also being provided with knowledge about children's behavior. The training programmes thus ensure that the children are given the proper care and attention needed for healthy development. |
